Reservation

Reservation Policy

1Effective reservation requires the payment of 50% of the total stay or and payment must be made within 12 hours after the pre-booking. The remaining amount of 50% must be paid at check-in. Without the total payment the result is the CANCELLATION of pre-booking, regardless of communication.

2After confirming the payment it is necessary to send the payment receipt by email or fax, with the proper identification of the guest.

3If reservations are not made up to 48 hours before entering the requested accommodation, NO payment will be accepted made through bank envelope. In this case, if the payment is not effected until the time of the check-in, the full stay will be charged at the check-in, to be returned if previous payment is confirmed by bank.

4Changes concerning reservation shall be allowed only after previous consultation of availability, convenience and pricing.

5In the event of any loss, damage or broken, the guest will be charged.

6With the effective reservation after the confirmation of the payment, the guest declares to be aware of and to accept all terms set forth in this Reservation Policy.

• Santa Maria Monjolinho Farm (São Carlos)

It’s history began in 1850, when José Camargo Ignatius acquired the plots on the river Monjolinho, the farm has buildings from that time, such as the Slaves and the Big House. At Santa Maria Farm you can go horseback riding, go hiking and visit the museum. You can also taste the delicious dishes at the Rural Restaurant there.

• Cultural Center Roberto Palmari (Rio Claro)

Located in the Vila Operária (Workers' Village), a neighborhood near the central area of the city, it was built in the late 70's, designed in exposed concrete and large glass walls that provide natural lighting. There is the Profa. Felícia Alem Alam Theatre, with capacity for 470 people, besides a library and movie theater with 80 seats.

• Museum of TAM (Água Vermelha)

With over 20,000 m2, it is the world's largest aviation museum maintained by a private airline. Ninety aircraft tell the history of aviation, from pioneering classic jets and fighters, most in full flight conditions, as well as simulators, multimedia tunnel, TAM Kids area, Propulsion Area, Control Tower, Fashion Area and a wing dedicated to the evolutionary trajectory of TAM.
