Based on legal regulations and in particular with the provisions of Normative Resolution no. 161/85 of EMBRATUR, any cancellation or change will be subject to the collection of fees and fines, as described below:
1Effective reservation requires the payment of 50% of the total stay or and payment must be made within 12 hours after the pre-booking. The remaining amount of 50% must be paid at check-in. Without the total payment the result is the CANCELLATION of pre-booking, regardless of communication.
2After confirming the payment it is necessary to send the payment receipt by email or fax, with the proper identification of the guest.
3If reservations are not made up to 48 hours before entering the requested accommodation, NO payment will be accepted made through bank envelope. In this case, if the payment is not effected until the time of the check-in, the full stay will be charged at the check-in, to be returned if previous payment is confirmed by bank.
4Changes concerning reservation shall be allowed only after previous consultation of availability, convenience and pricing.
5In the event of any loss, damage or broken, the guest will be charged.
6With the effective reservation after the confirmation of the payment, the guest declares to be aware of and to accept all terms set forth in this Reservation Policy.
1The Central Park Hotel offers 98 rooms equipped with air conditioning (check availability), cable TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, plus a delicious breakfast served at the hotel's cafeteria.
It also has a pool, sauna and fitness room.
2During check-out, the guest must return the key of the apartment.
3It is forbidden to go outside the Hotel carrying any of the apartment objects (pillows, chairs, utensils, etc.)
4The guest is responsible for the compensation of damage caused to furniture and house utensils in accordance with the table of values of Hotel Central Park.
5Law of Silence must be respected between 10pm and 7am.
6Only the guest and their dependents may remain inside the hotel / apartment. The entry of others can only occur with permission, otherwise it will be charged.
7The hotel is not responsible for personal items or valuables kept in the apartments, or inside vehicles.
8It is not allowed to enter the pool with tanning oil or sunscreen. Please use the shower before.
9The remaining amount of the stay must be paid at check-in.
10It is expressly prohibited to keep the card on saving when the guest leaves the apartment.
11Animals are not allowed.
12The Hotel is not responsible for left or forgotten clothes and objects in the apartment.
13The guest and their dependents who proceed in a disrespectful or inconvenient way to employees or any provisions of this Regulation will be asked to leave the hotel.
14It is forbidden to connect loud sound inside the apartment.

The guest may pay for consumptions and the rest of the stay and in cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX credit or debit card or by check upon request, we also accept Dollar and Euro in cash.
Non payment will result in CANCELLATION of pre-booking, regardless of communication.
We do not divide the rest of the payment nor the payment for consumptions.
